And we're off ... into the never dull sign of SAGITTARIUS. This fire sign has tremendous ability and energy to actually do just about anything that they find interesting. Jupiter the largest planet in our solar system, rules these fun loving souls. They really seem to engage life and step into the world.

They are the cause people. Give them anything to save and they are off and running. They like variety in food, people, cultures, and countries. Loving to travel, they ignite when they can get on a plane and fly off to wherever their latest interest lies.

Patience and tolerance is not their forte. They can get to the gist of most situations faster than most others. They can have a deep understanding and compassion when indicated if they stay around long enough to notice.

Sagittarius Horoscope

They can become workaholics as they prefer to work in their own framework, not necessarily according to any one else’s rules. Life is the journey rather than the destination for these roaming souls. They often make great college professors. Whatever they do it is with gusto and a sense of excitement. If they can’t travel physically they usually go inside and become great thinkers or even mystical. Since learning is their passion, they really make great teachers. They value personal freedom over anything else. Sagittarians need to feel that they can be of service and feel useful.

Sagittarius governs the circulation and the thighs, and they need to be active. They research their chosen sport. They take it quite seriously. There is the Sagittarian that has integrated their personality into the social order in society and has the need to learn everything about the world and how it relates to them. These fully together souls usually enter the scientific world. Another Sagittarian can feel comfortable in the religious community as well as become philosophers.

The Sagittarian personality usually loves animals, especially dogs and horses. As young children they prefer to play with live things rather than toys.

Sagittarians can usually be truthful to a fault and can sometimes easily put their foot into their mouth.

What the Planets are doing in Astrology

What the Planets are Doing...

The Sun moving into the carefree sign of Sagittarius brings us into the last four signs that have to do with the general social order. We’ll all feel a bit lighter after the intense Scorpio drama.

November 23rd, Jupiter enters its home turf. WELCOME BACK. This begins a twelve year cycle so plan ahead and write what you would like to accomplish as long term goals.

The Full Moon on December 4th brings us into awareness of what is necessary to release for our general health and well being. It is also the completion of the retrograde cycle of Mercury … it’s finally over.

December 6th, Saturn retrogrades for four and a half months. Time to regroup and review what hasn’t been working for you and decide on another route to take.

Mercury begins its transit into Sagittarius on December 7th. This brings a total of 6 planets in Sagittarius, however, it is just for 3 days. We’ll all want to go somewhere.

The New Moon is in Sagittarius on December 20th … don’t forget to write your goals … how else can the universe know what you need and want.
