What the Planets are Doing...

The Sun enters Leo on July 22nd at 9:12 pm PST.  This is our lazy season.  A lot of us take vacations while the Sun lives in Leo. 

Venus enters Leo on July 28th at 7:59 pm PDT and this energy will be singing all month.

Mercury also moves into Virgo on July 28th at 10:59 am PDT, so a lot of movement on that day.  Energetically when there are planets changing signs as on this day, events can happen more easily than other times.  Both of these planets make an aspect to Neptune which is at zero degrees of Pisces.  Mercury will be in opposition then.  Don't get too caught up in your mind as you cannot really see the whole picture.  Neptune will cloud your mind.  Venus will make another challenge to Neptune.  This can be a creative aspect or a difficult time with finances or a love interest.  Kind of slow your energies that day and do not expect too much out of yourselves.  Relax.

New Moon take place on July 30th at 11:40 am PDT.  List out your goals and make sure that you write them in present tense, as if already accomplished. 

Mercury stations and turns retrograde August 2nd at 8:50 pm PDT.  I advise you not to buy a car or any electronic equipment during this time. It is also not the best time to sign any important documents. A good rule of thumb with Mercury retrograde is to try to confine activities to those that have “re” attached to the beginning of the word: reschedule, repair, return, rewrite, restore, replace, renovate, renew, for example. Mercury will go direct on August 26th.

Mars begins it's journey through Cancer on August 3rd at 2:22 am PDT.  Emotions can become a bit harder to express during this time.  Martian energy is not comfortable in the motherly sign of Cancer, so anger could become stuffed.  Let it out calmer if possible.

Mercury reenters Leo on August 8th.  You may think like a Leo but it will be hard for you to express this energy to others. August 4th Neptune reenters Aquarius. It will stay there for a few months.

The Full Moon on August 13th is at 11:57 am PDT.  ‘Careful what you wish for. Take note about how you would like to see your life's direction and let go of unneeded emotions that are holding you down.  This Moon is an especially good time for that as the Moon is in Aquarius. a detached sign.

Venus enters Virgo August 21st at 3:11 pm PDT. This is getting the Virgo's on our planet ready to have lovely Venusian energy making way for the Sun moving into Virgo on the 23rd of August.
