Along with Mars in Sagittarius in the 5th house, Neptune and the Moon live there also however they are in Scorpio. These planets are all conjunct which just gives them an added power. All that creativity just cannot be held in check. Also, these three planets are in trine (a great) aspect to her Sun, Ascendent and Mercury. In her 3rd house of communications three planets are there ... Pluto, Uranus and Jupiter. Her South node is conjunct Pluto also.
